1. Dancing Guava
Ingredients
8 cups Mauna La'i Guava Drink
1 cup pineapple juice
2 dozen strawberries, destemmed
8 scoops vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
Preparation
Blend ingredients in blender until smooth.
Top with a strawberry or blue-berry garnish.
Serves
Makes one pitcher

2. Decadent Hot Chocolate Affogato
Ingredients
3/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup half and half, heavy cream or milk
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or 2 ounces bittersweet
chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt
1 cup Starbucks Coffee ice cream
Preparation
Bring milk, half and half, chocolate, sugar and salt just to a
boil in 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to
medium and cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until
chocolate is melted.
Scoop ice cream into two large ice cream bowls. Pour hot
chocolate around ice cream and garnish, if desired, with whipped
cream.

3. Delicious Green Beans
Description
A healthy way to spice up a common side dish.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Enova oil
1 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 cups frozen green beans
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Preparation
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and
sauté until crisp-tender. Add garlic, green beans, water and
salt. C
over and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until almost tender. Remove
cover and cook another minute to evaporate liquid.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped
parsley and lemon zest. Place in serving dish and top with
slivered almonds.

4. Dilled Flounder Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Butter
2 pounds fresh flounder (8 fillets)
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons dried dill
8 green onions, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons bread crumbs
4 teaspoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons lemon juice
TO PREPARE:
1. Butter a 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish.
2. Place four flounder fillets on the bottom of the dish.
Spread 1/2 teaspoon mustard on each; sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon dill
and 1/8 of onions on each. Repeat with remaining fillets.
3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
4. Bake.
Temperature: 350 degrees
Time: 8 minutes

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 cups vegetable
oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
INGREDIENTS FOR GLAZE:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons milk
TO PREPARE CAKE:
1. Beat eggs; add sugars and oil.
2. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add
slowly to creamed mixture.
3. Add apples, nuts, and vanilla.
4. Bake
in greased tube pan.
Temperature: 350 degrees
Time: 1 hour
TO PREPARE GLAZE:
1. Mix together brown sugar, margarine, and milk and heat
to
boiling. Boil 2 to 3 minutes over
medium heat.
2. Spread over warm cake.
