1. FAJITA CHICKEN ROLL UPS
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 15 Minute(s)
Cook Time: 5 Minute(s)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup prepared salsa
4 (6-in.) fajita size flour tortillas
2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into
strips
1 large green or red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 large red onion, sliced
Instructions:
In small bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real
Mayonnaise with salsa; evenly spread over tortillas. Set
aside.
In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook
chicken, green pepper and onion, stirring occasionally, 5
minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. To serve, spoon
chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.

Ingredients:
Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
4 (6-in.) fajita size flour tortillas or garden vegetable
wraps
4 slices American, Swiss or Muenster cheese, halved
1 small tomato, cut into 8 wedges
4 cups your favorite vegetables: such as asparagus, sliced red
onion, cucumber, bell peppers, sprouts or shredded carrots
Your favorite Wish-Bone® Dressing
Instructions:
Squeeze It: Squeeze Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light
Mayonnaise generously onto tortillas.
Stuff It: Layer cheese down center of each tortilla. Top with
tomato and vegetables, then drizzle with Dressing.
Wrap It: Roll & fold the filled tortilla. Also terrific
with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.

3. Festive Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies
Nibble all around the chocolate candy or indulge in
the candy first. Here's a classic peanut butter cookie made
easier with a mix.
Prep Time: 1 hour 0 min
Total Time: 1 hour 0 min
Makes: 3 dozen cookies
1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® peanut butter cookie mix
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
1 egg
Sugar
36 Hershey's® Kisses® milk chocolates, unwrapped
Betty Crocker® white decorating gel
Assorted holiday candy sprinkles
Betty Crocker® red decorating icing
1. Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, oil,
water and egg until dough forms.
2. Shape dough into thirty-six 1-inch balls; roll in sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Immediately press 1 chocolate in center of each cookie. Remove
from cookie sheets. Cool completely, about 20 minutes.
Decorate as desired using remaining ingredients.

1/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free
Mayonnaise
1 can (19 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn or mexi-corn, drained
1 cup quartered grape or cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve chilled or at
room temperature and, if desired, with tortilla chips and hot
pepper sauce.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce*
1 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 large firm tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
Instructions:
Blend Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, garlic and
hot pepper sauce in medium bowl; set aside.
Combine bread crumbs with salt in shallow dish. Brush tomatoes
with mayonnaise mixture, then dip in bread crumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high
heat and cook tomatoes, turning once, 6 minutes or until
golden brown. Serve, if desired, with grated parmesan cheese
and thinly sliced basil. *Such as Tabasco®.
