1. Dabo Kolo (crunchy Spice Bites)

Base: Appetizers

Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Unbleached white flour
2 Tablespoon(s) Berbere
1 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Cup(s) Light oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl combine flour, berbere, sugar &
salt. Gradually mix in about 2/3 c of water until a thick paste is
formed. Dump the mixture onto a floured board & knead until you have a
stiff dough. Make a well in the centre of the dough ball & pour in the
oil. Fold the dough over the oil & knead for another 5 minutes. Cover
the dough with a cloth to keep it moist. Break off chunks to roll into
1/4" round strips. Cut these strips into 1/2" long pieces, preferably
using scissors so that the ends will be pinched. Bake on a flat sheet for
20 to30 minutes until crisp. Stir 2 or 3 times to ensure even browning.
When cool, store in an airtight container.

2. Dad's Stuffed Peppers

Base: Vegetables

Ingredients:
4 Red or green bell peppers
1 Onion, chopped
2 Pound(s) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 Cup(s) Rice, raw
2 Herb ox bouillon
1/4 Cup(s) Ketchup
1/2 Cup(s) Grated parmesan cheese
2 Cup(s) Water
6 1/2 Pound(s) Chop meat
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine
Pepper, to taste Directions:
Cut off tops of peppers, clean out seeds and ribs. Par boil
  until slightly cooked, but still firm. Rinse with cold water to stop
cooking.The peppers can either be left whole to stuff or cut in half.
The tops can be diced to use later or for garnish.Melt butter and sauté
onions (and pepper tops) until translucent. Add chop meat and brown.Add
pepper to taste, ketchup, water. Bring to a boil. Add bouillon, rice and
let simmer about 10 minutes.Add Parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer until
liquid is absorbed by rice.If rice is still hard, add more water, &
more ketchup if necessary.When mixture fully cooked, take off heat and
add 2/3 of the shredded mozzarella. (reserving the rest for topping).
Stuff peppers with mixture, top with remaining cheese and bake 350 deg
for 15-20 min.NOTES : Notes: This can be made a few days a head of
time either refrigerated or frozen. To bake, cover with aluminum foil
and bake for approximately 30 min, then uncovered for about 10 min.

1 Head lettuce
4 Tomatoes, sliced
1 Lobster tail
1 Eagle talon
1 Fish, pref.2-days old
1 Pot spaghetti
Cold and gooey
1 Pound(s) Bacon, cooked?
1 Meatloaf
1 Ham
1 Fried egg, over easy
1 String of sausages
1 Mayonnaise, gallon
1 Jar of pickle relish
1 Tin of sardine in oil
1 Bottle of ketchup
1 Bottle Sweet mustard
1 Hot mustard
1 Loaf Bread
Assorted cheese
Assorted vegetables
Assorted Olives

Directions:

Bumstead is releasing the recipe for his famous Dagwood sandwich. See
ingredients above. See directions below.
DIRECTIONS: Arrange the ingredients between two slices of bread. Serves one.

1 Scoop Crushed ice

Directions:
Toss all ingredients in a blender, blend, and pour!

5. DR. PEPPER CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 10 oz. can of Dr. pepper
3/4 cups walnuts (Chopped)

Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
enough Dr. pepper to make a thin glaze.

Turn oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a bundt pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour into
bundt pan. Bake for one hour.

After cake cools , pour glaze over the top. Cut and serve.
